Local Cycle Co uses Australia Post for all deliveries. Shipping is $11 for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are free within Australia, this excludes all helmets and bulky sale items. For this service we use Australia Post satchels, the recommended delivery time is 1-3 days subject to your location. Although we aim for same day dispatch for all orders placed before 12pm, please allow 1 day for packing and handling. All domestic postage comes with a tracking number for your convenience. 
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address information. Local Cycle Co will not be held responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses as a result of the customer supplying the incorrect address.
Please be sure to choose a secure delivery address, Local Cycle Co do not take responsibility for missing or theft of items. If you wish to have your items shipped through a courier company in which they can be signed for, please contact us prior to placing your order (this will incur additional charges).

Local Cycle Co are currently only shipping to New Zealand. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $25

Local Cycle Co will happily exchange your online purchase providing you contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and returns are shipped back within 14 days of return confirmation. The item must be in the same condition you received it in. The item must not be worn/used and include all tags and packaging where applicable.
Local Cycle Co will not offer refunds or exchange on sales/discounted items.
Local Cycle Co reserve the right to inspect all returns and if we feel the product has been worn or used in any way the exchange will be rejected.
Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without contacting us for a return authorisation first.
All return delivery costs will be met by the customer.
The cost of free shipping may be deducted from items that are returned.
